How we handle your data

When you subscribe to the newsletter, we store the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, interests, preferred language and country, together with the exact consent text you agreed to, the time of your consent, and technical details of the submission (IP address, browser identification).

We use this information for one purpose only: sending you occasional news about AI4HU projects, courses and tools. We do not share it with anyone, and we do not use any third-party mailing service; the list is stored on our own server in France, EU.

Our server backups are encrypted and age out within six months. If you ask us to delete your data, it disappears from the live list immediately and from the last backup within that window.

AI4HU is currently a pre-registration initiative, not yet a legal entity. This note will be updated when entity is registered.
